Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services, sometimes overcoming objections to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
Proven work experience as a sales representative
Ability to set up and climb ladder safely when necessary
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Project Superintendent
JOB SUMMARY: The Residential/Commercial Superintendent is responsible for assisting the Residential Foreman by loading and unloading materials, assisting with job set up and tear down, ensuring job site safety, and completing jobs per specifications. The Residential/Commercial Superintendent is also responsible for representing the company in a professional manner while adhering to the Rhino Exteriors Core Values.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Other duties may be assigned.
Load and unload materials, equipment, tools.
Support and assist the Foreman and other crew members as directed.
Assist the Foreman in quantity/color verification of materials delivered to each job.
Assist in taking before and after photographs of each project and submit to the Company's CRM.
Assist in providing Job Documentation.
Direct customer questions to the Foreman or Sales Manager.
Report injuries of any magnitude to a supervisor immediately.
Perform work under general guidance of the Production Manager..
Perform general job site cleanup on a daily basis.
Communicate effectively with all other crew members and office staff.
Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: General construction knowledge is required, prior roofing experience is preferred.
Reasoning Development: Follow all company Health and Safety procedures.
Mathematical Development: Not applicable.
Language Development: Ability to read manuals and reports, workplace rules and procedures; speak using correct English.
Licensees and Certifications: Valid driver's license is required. OSHA certifications are a plus.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
