Responsibilities
Present and Promote our company and products offered, and sell products/services, sometimes overcoming objections to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback - Good communication and follow up is a must.
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of previous sales experience in any face-to-face sales industry.
Ability to learn and follow direction.
Time management and organization skills needed.
Computer literate and able to learn and navigate our CRM.
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
Willingness to set up and climb ladder safely when necessary.
Self-Starters only.
Proven work experience as a sales representative.
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Rhino Windows is looking to hire motivated, assertive, energetic individuals for our expanding office and outreach teams. THERE IS NO CAP TO YOUR EARNINGS. Earn what you put into your work! We are looking for 3-4 candidates that can really make an impact on Rhino Windows as well as your bank account! Learn from some of the GOATS in the industry. GET PAID EACH WEEK!!!!!! GET PAID ADDITIONALLY PER APPOINTMENT SET – PLUS A BONUS FOR EACH SALES DEMONSTRATION – YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CLOSE ANY SALES. MONTHLY BONUSES AS WELL! You will be expected to travel locally to predetermined neighborhoods, home shows, and festivals - seeking to schedule consultations for our in-house salesmen. That’s it, set appointments – no selling. The position is to make qualified homeowners aware of Rhino’s services and the benefits of working with us.
